Strengthen Downtown Core

1) New development will be set back to create a major civic space along 3rd Street.

2) Washington Street can potentially be converted from four travel lanes to three, providing a better balance between pedestrian and vehicular needs.

3) Perpendicular parking will increase capacity and draw more activity to the West End.
