Streetscape efforts will primarily include
infrastructure improvements. The City of Jamestown
should work with the New York Department of
Transportation to devise a road-resurfacing plan that
gives consideration to traffic-lane design, curb cuts,
signals, on-street parking and site amenities. Other
specific streetscape elements to consider include:
