Rental Incentive Program & Retail Enhancement Program

The goal of the Rental Incentive Program and Retail Enhancement Program is to provide financial incentive to targeted businesses that are new to downtown Jamestown—with an eastern boundary of Prendergast Avenue, western boundary of Monroe Street, northern boundary of Sixth Street and southern boundary of First Street. This aid is provided to help reduce monthly lease rates and/or assist in refurbishing retail space.
